New 4L80 transmission lowered price

For sale, new old stock 4L80E H1 transmission. Serviced as part number 5745338. New never installed. Purchased as spare for a higher mileage H1 and never used. Transmission was purchased from AMGeneral and is new not a reman. It is a direct fit for 1997 and down and is the current replacement for 1997-2004 but need to install threaded trans line fittings as opposed to newer style snap in trans line fittings. Retail price of $2,376 plus an $800 core charge. Will let this one go for $1300 with no core charge. Buyer responsible for pickup in North Liberty IN or any shipping and shipping insurance charges. I would be willing to pallet and drop to local freight carrier. Thanks
